We offer free shipping for orders to Hong Kong. For other countries and regions, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Some regions may require tax & duties to be paid before shipment, other regions may have the option to pay upon delivery.

Please note that if you choose to pay for tax & duties upon delivery but refuse the shipment or fail to pay the import fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any fees that are incurred on the package plus the cost of returning the package to Cafuné. The total amount will be deducted from your refund.

We process and ship orders from our Hong Kong warehouse Monday-Friday. During peak season like  Black Friday period, there may be a delay in our order processing time.
