Our prices are in US dollar (USD), Hong Kong dollar (HKD), British Pounds (GBP), Euro (EUR), Chinese Yuan (CNY) and Japanese yen (JPY). 
Our website detects your location and automatically selects a preferred currency based on that. You can also change the currency manually using the Currency Switcher.

We process and ship orders from our Hong Kong warehouse Monday-Friday. 

Express - processed in 1 day, delivery within 3 to 5 days.

Standard - processed in 3-4 days, estimated delivery time is listed below:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and tracking link to the respective carrier.

RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If in any case you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase if the item has not been dispatched. Please e-mail shop@ca-fune.com with title "Order cancellation”.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sale and personalised items are final and cannot be refunded. 

We accept return or exchange of unused full-priced goods within 14 days of goods delivered.

To return an item, please email shop@ca-fune.com with your order number to request for a return address. Returns for Hong Kong are free of charge. For all other returns, please take care of the return shipping charge and let us know the tracking number via email.

Item(s) must be unworn and shipped with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice. Please send item(s) through a method with tracking as Cafuné is not responsible for any returned packages not received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at shop@ca-fune.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Tax and duties are not refundable. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire refunding taxes and duties.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
