CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If in any case you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase provided that the item has not been dispatched. Please e-mail shop@ca-fune.com with title "Order cancellation”.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We accept return or exchange of unused full-priced goods within 14 days of goods delivered. All sale and personalised items are final and cannot be refunded. If you choose to pay by Cash on Delivery, refund can only take the form of store credit. Tax and duties are not refundable through Cafuné. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire refunding taxes and duties.

Return Eligibility:

Item(s) must be unworn and shipped with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice. Please send item(s) through a method with tracking as Cafuné is not responsible for any returned packages not received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at shop@ca-fune.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.

Repeated Returns:

Cafuné will monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Because currency conversion rates fluctuate, if you paid for an order in any currency other than USD, the rate at the time of payment is often different from the rate at the time of refund. As a result, the refund amount may not be the same as the payment amount. Cafuné is not responsible for this difference due to currency exchange rate.

Tax and duties are not refundable through Cafuné. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire refunding taxes and duties.
