Pop Up Exclusive Personalisation Service

Personalise your wallet or bag charm with Hong Kong-based calligrapher Mansi!

During our IFC Pop Up, we will be working with Hong Kong-based calligrapher Mansi to personalise your Cafuné wallet or charm. The service slots are limited, don't miss out on this opportunity!

Both online and Pop Up customers can enjoy complimentary personalisation service when they purchase one full-priced handbag and one small leather good.

For other customers, the service charge will be HKD300.

For online customers, please click here to place an order and reserve your slot.

If you choose to purchase at the Pop Up, please ask our staff to reserve a slot for you.

Eligibility for Free Personalisation: The complimentary service is available only for orders that include at least one full-priced handbag and one full-priced small leather good. For orders that do not meet this requirement, a service charge of HKD300 will apply.

Scheduling and Rescheduling: Service appointments are available only during the specified timeslots. Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 2 business days in advance of your reservation. Please note that if you miss your reservation, we cannot offer compensation (including refunds or gift cards) or rescheduling for the missed time slot.

Personalisation Scope: The personalisation service is exclusively available for small leather goods and bag charms that are purchased in the same order as the reservation.

Limitations on Personalisation: For each eligible order, you may utilise the service once. If you purchase multiple small leather goods in a single order, the service can only be applied to one item.

Definition of Small Leather Goods: Small Leather Goods refers to all non-sale items under the collection designated as "Small Leather Goods", excluding Wide Shoulder Straps and other add-on accessories.

Return Policy: Please be aware that personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.

Cafuné's Rights: Cafuné reserves the right to modify or discontinue the personalisation service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service for any orders that do not comply with these terms.
