(1) Partnerships & Growth Manager (Hong Kong & Taiwan)

Job Scope:

• Develop and implement category mix strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue
• Lead campaigns for new product launches, ensuring consistent brand building across all channels
• Drive and manage cross categories brand collaborations
• Identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative consumer research, market trend analysis, and competitor tracking
• Formulate and manage budgets, tracking spending and measuring ROI for regions
• Project management for events and Pop Ups; coordinate with sales teams to strengthen in-store conversions and communications
  

Requirement:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Bachelor's Degree preferable in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5+ years working experience preferably in brand or luxury retail sectors
• Strong organisational skills and proactiveness with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle multi-tasks under tight timeline
• Good team player in a collaborative, fast-paced brand environment
