CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If in any case you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase provided that the item has not been dispatched. Please e-mail shop@ca-fune.com with title "Order cancellation”.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We accept return or exchange of unused full-priced goods within 14 days of goods delivered. All sale and personalised items are final and cannot be refunded. Tax and duties are not refundable through Cafuné. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire refunding taxes and duties.

Return Eligibility:

To return, items must be unworn and returned with original packaging, including all protective materials and stuffing. Please pack the return item(s) in its original packaging, and including all original accompanying documents. Please send item(s) through a method with tracking as Cafuné is not responsible for any returned packages not received. Returns that do not meet our policy will be rejected.

If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at shop@ca-fune.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.

Repeated Returns:

Cafuné will monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Because currency conversion rates fluctuate, if you paid for an order in any currency other than USD, the rate at the time of payment is often different from the rate at the time of refund. As a result, the refund amount may not be the same as the payment amount. Cafuné is not responsible for this difference due to currency exchange rate.

Tax and duties are not refundable through Cafuné. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire refunding taxes and duties.
