What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in HKD. You can select to display your preferred currency converted using live exchange rate.
What is the shipping charge?
All orders above USD$300 enjoys free worldwide shipping; Local shipping within Hong Kong is also free.
International Standard (up to 12 business days) - USD$15
International Express (up to 5 business days) - USD$35
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use various carriers, including FedEx, Hong Kong Post and SF Express to do deliveries.

We try our best to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided. If your shipment takes longer than originally estimated, we will let you know via email and we will make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order?
Yup, when we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
My country isn't listed, does that mean I can't purchase a Cafuné product?
No worries, if your country is listed as unavailable, please contact email@example.com and we will try to arrange special delivery for you!
Taxes & Duties
Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.
Can I cancel my order?
If in any case you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with title "Order cancellation" and we will process it for you.
Can I return my order?
We hope that you will love your Cafuné products. But if you are not happy with your purchase, we can accept returns for a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of goods delivered. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns. To return any item(s), please email us at email@example.com with your order number to request for a Return Address. Item(s) must be unworn and with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping - please send item(s) through a method with tracking as Cafuné is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to you. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; and/or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty and/or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.
